Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unopened, unused items in original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at pjsdiffusersplus@gmail.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-refundable items:

• Opened essential oils or diffuser blends
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

We're not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please send a picture of any damaged items within 48 hours of delivery to pjsdiffusersplus@gmail.com

Please note that the colors may vary slightly due to availability. We can exchange the item if you are not satisfied with the color you received once we receive confirmation that your items is on its way back your new item will be sent out.
